WebMail Instructions:
JS-Hosting.com has added web mail to it's long list of distinguished features. Now you are able to check your email from anywhere, at any time 24 hours a day via the web. To access your new web mail simply follow these steps:
1. access your web mail login screen at: www.yourdomain.com/webmail/
2. you will come to a login screen that is asking for your name and password.
3. your username is the ENTIRE email address that you want to check. For example.....if I want to check support@whatever.com, I would login with "support@whatever.com"
4. your password is what ever you set it to be in the mail manager when you created the mail box
5. if this is your first time logging into a given mailbox, it will ask you to set your preferences. Do so and move on to the actual mail box.
6. you are all set....enjoy!

Email setup Instructions
- Create an account -
1. login to your cpanel (refer to your welcome letter)
2. click on 'Email Accounts' link
3. click on 'Add/Remove Accounts'
4. click on the link that says 'Add Account'
5. fill in the first part of the address you want (mail)
6. fill in the password for this email account
7. click the 'Create' button
8. verify that there were no errors in the output screen
- Check email via POP3 Client -
1. simply set up a new internet mail account in your mail client
2. when it asks for your POP3 account enter: your_domain.com
3. when it asks for your SMTP server enter: your ISP's SMTP
4. the login: the entire email address (ex: you@you.com)
5. the password: is what you specified when the mail box was created
6. make sure to check the box that enables "server requires authentication"
NOTE: When first setting up your email account, please understand that your domain must be active and resolving on our servers before you can sent, receive, or test your mail. If you attempt to send, receive, or test your mail prior to this occurring, you will not get it because your domain has not yet resolved, and therefore will have no where to go.
